I departed Los Angeles California on the 8th of April 2007, and unfortunately couldn't return to my studio back in LA because my visa was cancelled, I left 79 original oil paintings in the apt. 342 of Harvey Apartments located at 5640 Santa Monica Blvd. Los Angeles CA. 90038 where I was living at.

These paintings were delivered by Ana Gladys Amaya property manager to Oscar and Juan Carlos Padilla on May 23, 2007 and carried to his home in 553 S. 6TH. ST. Montebello CA. USA, 90640. These paintings remained in this residence until June 5, 2010, when my friend Octavio Trejo picked them up for me to save for a time with a detailed list of what he had to pick up, at which point we realized that 10 of the paintings were missing.

I having complete confidence with the people of both homes. I have tried to clarify the disappearance of these 10 paintings with Juan Carlos Padilla and manager property and no one knows. These pieces were stolen in one of these homes; the paintings are registered in the copyright law.

I find 8 of these paintings selling in eBay by seller - luvmarley1157 - ended time of exhibition Jul 13, 2010 13:28:35 PDT and the item locations is in San Pedro, California, USA. this seller is using my website and my signature that were copyright registered too for promote my stolen paintings, eBay knows and has the report everything about it and too that I'm the author and owner of these pieces, you can see one of these 8 items in this link on your browser: http://cgi.ebay.com/led-zepplin-original-hector-monroy-monrock-/180545245984

I would greatly appreciate any information you may have on the whereabouts of any of these paintings. If you know anything about these paintings, please report this to the FBI or LAPD, the following is a detailed list of these 10 missing paintings:
